Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Alpha Centauri Fragrances unless otherwise stated at checkout.
All shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Alpha Centauri Fragrances has made an error.
Transfer of Responsibility (Risk of Loss)
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, Alpha Centauri Fragrances is no longer responsible for the package.
At that point, title and risk of loss transfer entirely to the customer, and the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Alpha Centauri Fragrances is not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Damage occurring during transit

Carrier mishandling

Weather-related delays

Customs inspections or holds
Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Alpha Centauri Fragrances is not responsible for loss or theft, even if the customer did not physically receive the package.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
We may, at our sole discretion, assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier; however, such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Alpha Centauri Fragrances is not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays caused by address errors entered by the customer
Any reshipment resulting from incorrect address information will be at the customer’s expense.
Damaged Packages
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Alpha Centauri Fragrances is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or delay, as responsibility transfers to the carrier at that time.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the original outer and inner packaging

Your order number
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Please note that all damage claims are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Alpha Centauri Fragrances may, at its sole discretion, assist you in submitting a carrier claim; however, such assistance does not constitute an admission of responsibility.
Approved claims, if any, will be resolved at Alpha Centauri Fragrances’ sole discretion, either through a replacement or a refund.
