We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide a curated luxury fragrance shopping experience.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT – FRAGRANCES & DECANTS)

Alpha Centauri Fragrances specializes in luxury fragrances, decants, and full bottles, which are considered personal care and cosmetic products.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors, packaging, or appearance may vary due to device settings, lighting, or manufacturer updates.

Fragrance perception is highly subjective and varies based on skin chemistry, environment, and personal preference.
We do not guarantee that a fragrance will meet individual expectations.
We strongly encourage customers to purchase decants before committing to a full-size bottle.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment is processed and confirmed by Alpha Centauri Fragrances.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Purchases are subject solely to our Return & Refund Policy, which clearly states that opened bottles and decants are non-returnable.

All purchases are for personal use only. Resale or export without written consent is prohibited.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable amounts.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Alpha Centauri Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We may assist with carrier claims but do not guarantee refunds or replacements.

SECTION 6 – FORCE MAJEURE

Alpha Centauri Fragrances shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor strikes, or government actions.

SECTION 7 – HEALTH & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Our products may contain fragrance oils, alcohol, or ingredients that may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information.
A patch test is strongly recommended before full use.
Alpha Centauri Fragrances is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, images, text, and design, is owned by Alpha Centauri Fragrances or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Purchases are made directly with Alpha Centauri Fragrances. Shopify bears no responsibility for products, transactions, or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from related claims.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

Any feedback, reviews, or content you submit may be used by Alpha Centauri Fragrances for commercial and promotional purposes without compensation.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders arising from inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to misuse the Services, engage in fraud, abuse refund systems, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with site security. Violations may result in termination without notice.
